Why you need Pest Control
Most people dislike rats, mice, cockroaches and other pests, and many people are afraid of them. Yet, they occur in every conceivable type of building, irrespective of the use to which the building is put.
Pests within premises are:
- vectors of dangerous contamination
- the cause of costly depreciation
- able to ruin your reputation
- prohibited by legislation
In short, pests mean dirt, damage, disease ... ...and cost you money.
No matter how scrupulous a cleaning regime or how well maintained a building may be, pest control measures are a prudent precaution and need to be carried out as part of a contract that provides detailed inspections, expert treatments and a good reporting system.
Effective pest control can best be achieved by regular routine inspections, provided these operate on a planned programme, where the inspections are equidistant, one from the other. Northern Pest Control guarantees to provide such a programme and, for those in the food manufacturing industry, where additional quality control or field biologist inspections are required, these will be provided on either a quarterly or six monthly basis, depending on customer audit requirements.
